You have been such a dynamic facilitator over this past year, and your expertise/humor/compassion is needed more than ever. There is so much anxiety  – what might happen with the Chauvin verdict and what might happen afterward, the most recent police shootings, the graphic video showing Adam Toledo’s death, and the mass killings in cities across the country. There’s continued anxiety around the pandemic, with the situations being so different in various parts of the world. There’s uncertainty about the return to the office. And so many more issues that our colleagues are juggling.
