Peer Outreach Support Team (POST) members offer non-clinical case-management, transportation and educational/engagement outreach to Ocean County residents living with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. Through evidence-based methods, Certified Recovery Support Practitioners provide emotional and experience-based support to individuals who are seeking to attain or maintain wellness. POST staff members collaborate with the person and provide support to help them achieve goals and overcome barriers. POST is a free service, available to Ocean County residents who are 18 years of age and above.
