Searching for Success assists qualified Ocean County residents in learning new and out-of-the-box techniques for job searching, increasing the possibility of obtaining and retaining employment. Through this program participants receive supervised and guided job searching support to enhance their employment prospects, prepare for employment, and focus on achieving employment goals.
